[01]agreement

By using market.wealthior-group.chor any plugin distributed through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

[02]free of charge

The marketplace is free. No subscription, no paywalls, no upsells. Public plugins are MIT licensed; see each plugin's LICENSE file for details.

[03]no warranty

The marketplace and all plugins are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Wealthior Group is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these plugins. You install and run them at your own risk.

[04]your responsibilities

  • Read each plugin's README before installing.
  • Audit skill content if you handle sensitive data.
  • Keep your credentials and tokens secure.
  • Don't use the marketplace to host or distribute malware, illegal content, or material that violates third-party rights.

[05]submitting plugins

If you submit a plugin via pull request, you confirm that:

  • You wrote the plugin or have the right to distribute it.
  • The license you include is compatible with MIT.
  • The plugin does not contain secrets, malware, or harmful behavior.
  • You grant Wealthior Group the right to publish, mirror, and distribute the plugin via the marketplace and its associated infrastructure.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission that violates the quality bar or these terms. See /submit for the published quality bar.

[06]private plugins

Private plugins (Wealthior-Group/marketplace-private) are internal to Wealthior Labs and licensed only to authorized users. Unauthorized access, copy, or redistribution is prohibited.

[07]service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. The web app may be unavailable during deploys or due to upstream issues with Vercel, Supabase, or GitHub. Plugins remain installable directly from GitHub even if the web app is down.

[08]changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the homepage for two weeks before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

[09]governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
